From the first meeting through the end of the event, we want to support our clients through communication. Email, phone calls, site visits, renderings and inspiration drawings help us to ensure everyone is on the same page. Once we are on site, we have all of the communication tools needed to keep things running smoothly. We have everything from 2-way radios and wireless intercom for mobile communication down to a mobile printer for those who want the last minute script changes on paper.
Redundancy
We know how important backups can be when it comes to a smooth show. Things happen and we like to have options. Our goal is to provide systems that allow for redundancy and flexibility should a need arise. This also allows our troubleshooting to move faster, minimizing disruptions and allowing many to be resolved before your audience and presenters notice.
